Does FNMA define "Owner/Occupant" anywhere ? For example, is entity ownership (corporate or LLC, as opposed to ownership by an individual(s)) of one or more Units in a Condominium Owner/Occupancy, if the Units(s) is(are) occupied by employees of the entity/owner, who are in the local area for training or temporary assignment and the employee/occupants do not pay rent to the employer ? I would say such Units are Owner/Occupied, because the corporation or LLC owns the Unit(s) and the employees are occupying the Unit(s) in the course of their employment and in their capacities as employees and corporations and LLC's can only act through their employees.

As a Past President, I am very concerned with our current Board and Property Management Company not meeting the deadline of December 1st. What happens when none of the required annual disclosures are distributed by the deadline?
